In need of a good spanking?

Some threads just wont end, sometime trying reason means it's  just time to stop trying.
This poster just had to make sure we all understood what (s)he was thinking. Long after being told why the ad was flagged, and what to do to maybe get better results the OP continued on.
Even just a google image search of spanking brings up a plethora of semi-erotic pictures. This tells me that the vast majority of adults correlate spanking with either the discipline of a child, of a sexual fetish of sorts. Mainly the latter.
At any rate this OP seems to think (s)he is on some higher plane of intellectual existence, and that the rest of us lower life forms just can not comprehend the information at hand. Unfortunately no matter who thought what, the readers will flag  spanking requests/ non-sexual fetishes  from strictly platonic.
So here is the thread start to what I have dubbed "Oh just spank me". By the way, this is the second thread the OP started.

Not sure which thread to use. Patience requested. Also not impressed by negative rating for 1st post. I've been polite, unlike one poster. Do you punish politeness, reward sarcasm?

1. People focused on fact that I didn't identify my ad. O.K. Here's what I remember:

Title: "Discipline for those who need it" or similar. Category: Platonic. City: Palo Alto. Frequency: One. No price, images, links, fonts, HTML, etc.

2. Two posters made same point. One said: "Strictly Platonic is for friendships. Spanking is something people do because it excites them sexually." Another: "How the hell is spanking strictly platonic?"

You're unfamiliar with the subject. Read spanking ads that CL carries. Most are sexual. But there are others:

(a) Some people are immature and feel the need to be disciplined in a positive but non-adult way. For example, students who are failing or professionals who feel insecure. When I've spanked somebody like this, it's seemed quite natural. And I've been thanked years after the fact.

(b) Or they're seeking to relive past experiences that now seem, to them, to have been part of a secure and happy life. It's about feelings that run deep and not sexuality.

3. Two posters mentioned "Misc Romance". Doesn't seem appropriate. But thanks.

4. CLpolizei noted: "If they're (ads are) sexual in nature, they *are* prohibited." This referred to my point about the sexual spanking ads that CL runs.

I didn't expect to see ads of this type. But CL is flooded with them. This is why I was surprised to see my decidedly non-sexual ad pulled.

A young man approached me for a spanking recently hoping for this sort of thing. I turned him down, so he went to CL to get spanked and penetrated. He is now a satisfied and loyal CL fan.

This isn't what I'm looking for, and there are many people of both genders who feel the same way. We're interested in a friendship activity that can be positive and beneficial.

5. Another poster closed with "But if that's good enough for you then have a nice day."

Is sarcasm necessary? Assuming that you work for CL, is it mentioned in the guidelines? Is there a section that says: "Remember to be rude to people when they're polite to you" ?

  1. Here is where (s)he came back to chat:

    Good evening, friends < flagpuzzle > 10/25 18:08:16

The discussion has been interesting, but there's things that should be dealt with elsewhere.

I'll be back. We'll chat, share a few thoughts.

If something happens to this account or IP address, no big deal. I'll introduce myself again and we'll pick up where we left off.

I've captured some of the discussion pages. This will be helpful. Many of you posted anonymously, but some used handles. I'd appreciate it if you'd continue to use handles and make them consistent, if possible.

Something that will help, even for those of you who don't use handles, is links. Be sure to click on links when you read ads (or responses to your own ads).
